Methods of Finding Peace with Jonathan Robinson

Jonathan Robinson is a fellow podcaster and author shares his insight on how to find your own inner peace in only 5 minutes! Starting on his own journey to inner peace at only the age of 12, he has been a guest on Oprah and has interviewed spiritual leaders such as Mother Teresa, Dalai Lama and Eckhart Tolle, and more. He is a certified hypnotist and spent 5 years under various disciplines in monasteries.

Finding your own peace is a personal process. Most think that peace comes from outside of ourselves but in reality, peace comes from within each one of us. He has uncovered more than 180 ways to discover peace, but the first 100 did not work for him. He encourages us to keep searching until we find the method that gives results.

There are so many ways to tap into peace. We must find our way to our own inner peace. We know the power of peace but yet it is not taught that we should seek it. Mindfulness techniques help us find our peace and affect the world around us.

We can help our kids find their inner peace too. Make it a habit to help them. Give them opportunities to have undistracted moments and discover their own ways to find peace within themselves. In doing this, we will have more peaceful homes.
