Faith Over Force: How Letting Go Helped Me Get Back in Alignment

There was a season where I wore “hustle” like a badge of honor. Every moment was booked, every hour was optimized, and still—something always felt off. It wasn’t until I fully surrendered and chose faith over force that I began to experience true alignment.

Section 1: When Hustling Becomes Hiding
Sometimes the busyness is just a distraction from what God is actually calling us to address. I didn’t realize how much I was using productivity to numb discontentment. The stillness was uncomfortable at first, but necessary.

Section 2: Resetting in Faith
Resetting required me to rest. And that’s a word. It wasn’t just a nap or a vacation. It was giving God room to speak again. This looked like journaling with my Rocketbook, walking with no podcast playing, and letting prayer be a pause—not a pitch.

Section 3: Releasing Control ≠ Losing Purpose
I feared that slowing down meant falling behind. But the opposite happened. Clients aligned, collaborations flowed, and ideas resurfaced without me forcing them. My Lifepro tools helped regulate my nervous system while I focused on spiritual realignment.

Section 4: Softness is Strategy
Living softly as a woman of faith doesn’t mean we stop leading. It means we stop pretending we have to lead everything. The soft life is about peace that flows from purpose. And that starts with trust.

Conclusion + Reflection Prompt:
This week, journal through this:
What am I forcing that I need to release?
What would alignment feel like if I allowed it?
