ABIRAAMII ARUMUGAM
Malaysia 🇲🇾

She often come across people who ask her why she started volunteering or why she got involved in various organizations at a very young age.

10 years ago, She was passed by a slum area in India when she was on a holiday. As she was about to toss away her half drank coconut drink, She noticed there were few kids from the slum looking at her longing for it from afar.

Her mother nudged her to give away the drink and the snacks she had previously bought to them. The happiness the kids wore on their face when she gave it to them made a 9 year old realize how privileged and blessed she was.

She decided on that day that when she was old enough, she would be their voice, the voice which was never heard or often silenced.

Fast forwarding to the present,She is a country ambassador for an international youth organization, Universal Youth Movement and a Global Peace Ambassador.

From international public speakings to participating in model united nations, she has always strived to be the best.

People who know me often describe me as someone who is confident and unpredictable because she is never afraid to voice out her opinions and that is something she tries to deliver everywhere she goes.

One should never be afraid to speak his mind. She has conducted various programmes in the past but at the moment, her main priority is doing well in medical school and continue helping people in every way she can.

As a youth, she believes our rights should always be protected and exercised in the right way. She hopes today’s youths will continue fighting using their voice so tomorrow’s children will live a better future.

Youth-a group of people who don’t fully realize the power and potential they hold. Youth leaders of tomorrow.
