Round One…Fight! Winning the fight in your mind

Now is the time for you to get your fight back!

Within recent weeks we have had two losses that hit hard for many people around the world. Cici the Six Figure Chick and Chadwick Boseman, although they were in different industries, left their fingerprint on the world in a powerful way. This short series will talk about the things that their lives taught us and the pathways that they left for many others to follow.

This is a fight!
A fight for your life
A fight for your family
A fight for your freedom
A fight for your health
A fight for YOU!

When we think about the preparation that goes into a fight we see how this Shero and Hero should be edged in our minds as entrepreneurs. The battle begins in your mind and that is round one. I have found that once we win round one we are energized to keep fighting. That comes from battling the labels, stereotypes, and negative words of others that were like seeds planted in our minds.

There will be some who can visualize the win but there are many others that need to start by visualizing each hit you will land. Positive affirmations are a hit that you throw each morning when you wake up. Some will say them throughout their day. Gratitude is another powerful hit that will help you win the fight. Oh, and one can not forget to look at the expectations that we place on ourselves and others.

Now is the time for you to get your fight back!

Altovise’s gems:
~ Guilt can be an obstacle as you move towards your goals. Acknowledge it early and find out why you feel the guilt.
~ Trust is something that will take you far so when you come into a situation that breeds mistrust deal with it.
~ Doubt grows with inactivity so taking daily actions will usually quiet the doubts you have in your mind.
~ Fear is felt by everyone!!! You can do it afraid…trust me.

When you make a decision to fight for what you want to achieve you will find that there are more things that motivate you to win. Why is that? Well, what we focus on tends to multiply. Visualizing the life we want to have and the business we want to create leads us to follow detours when necessary. I’m sure that both Chadwick and Cici visualized great things each morning. It is why their legacies will continue to make them household names.
