Sha’Meca Latai’ Oliver, known as the “Root Coach”, helps women who lead create a road map for their life, so that they can get to the root of their issues, to be healed and successful mentally, spiritually, emotionally, financially, and physically, in order to build the best person they can be, for God’s Glory. She knows that one of the best ways to lead someone is to, “Live What You Teach.” Her passion and voice to build others stem from her personal time of isolation and rejection. From these experiences, Sha’Meca has learned that women grow and thrive when in a supportive community. Therefore, she established brands like Building The Best You and Women Who Lead Connect to help women build their business and personal brands introspectively. Sha’Meca says, “I became the woman I needed to be, in order to help the next woman become the person she always desired to be.”
