I am super excited to be here on the speak easy podcast today because we are going to be talking all things PR. PR can be a big, mystical thing that can be hard to understand and even harder to tame. [00:00:02] – Liz is the guest on the new episode of the podcast. Liz is a business owner and PR expert. Liz used to be afraid of the idea of PR because she didn’t know what it was for. Now she knows. It’s necessary to build a foundation for you to be able to market and brand your business and brand yourself.

Now she works with an addiction center that works with military veterans and first responders. She is a former zookeeper and trainer of dogs. Liz has PTSD, and her service dog has been trained to wake her up in the middle of nightmares. So, she filmed a video of her dog waking her up. The media in San Antonio wanted to air the video because it was tied to National Dog Training Month. Liz is an introvert, but she doesn’t act like it.
